Homemade Hash browns
So I thought to myself: No, I won't cook hash browns using those  shredded potatoes you buy from the store, who knows how long they´ve been frozen for, and after all, how hard could it be to grate potatoes, right? it´s not the grating part that is tough, it´s the preparation since you need to remove the fluid from the potato, and who knew they had so much in them, not me certainly :)  let me tell you it was worth it! so soft, kind of flaky but with some moisture, not that spongy lifeless texture you get from the store bought ones. For the finale I added Italian Sausage, onions, red peppers, cheddar cheese, and I´m glad to say they were delicious!
