Arepas con Pollo
Arepas are a staple in colombian and venezuelan cuisine, made with white corn flour, think of a pancake but fluffier, it has nutricional value but in moderation because of all the carbs and calories. These were filled with pollo guisado, sort of a chicken stew, good option to share as an entree. Pic taken at La Placette.
