A Dominican Classic
This was at Fratello. Los tres golpes is a breakfast with mangu, which is a puree made from green plantains, could be made with mashed potatoes for a ¨lighter¨ version or any other mashed tuber, usually crowned with two sunny-side eggs and  ¨garnished¨ with either grilled salami or ham and white cheese, enjoy!
